FACELEZ is an AI-powered content generation platform that helps creators produce videos, images, and narration through subscription-based plans. Our tools assist with scripting, visual generation, voice narration, and video assembly for publishing on platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.

We offer the following subscription plans, as displayed on our pricing page:

• Free Trial — 1 watermarked trial video and 100 one-time tokens at no cost.
• STARTER — $29/month.
• CREATOR — $99/month.
• STUDIO — $299/month.
• Video top-ups — $9.99 per additional video credit pack.

Subscriptions are billed monthly in USD through our payment providers (Pesapal), which support MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, Visa, and Mastercard. Prices are listed in US Dollars.

Each plan includes a monthly allotment of video credits. Unused monthly credits do not roll over to the next billing period. Purchased top-up credits remain available while your subscription is active but expire if your subscription lapses or is cancelled.

Tokens are a separate consumption unit used for images, narration, and other studio features. Token allotments reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over.

Failed generations (for example, a video that errors out during assembly) are automatically refunded as credits to your account — you are not charged for outputs you never received.

Subscription fees are non-refundable after 7 days of active use, except where a refund is required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact our support email below and we will review your case.

New users receive one (1) watermarked trial video and 100 one-time tokens to explore the platform. The trial video includes a FACELEZ watermark. Trial tokens do not replenish and are separate from any paid plan allotment.

You own the content you generate using FACELEZ. We retain no ownership claims over your generated videos, images, narration, or scripts. You are free to use, publish, and monetize your content subject to these Terms and applicable law.

You are responsible for ensuring that the content you generate is lawful and does not infringe the rights of any third party. FACELEZ is not liable for how you choose to use the content produced through our platform.

You agree not to use FACELEZ to generate content that is:

• Illegal, hateful, harassing, or discriminatory;
• Sexually explicit or harmful to minors;
• Infringing of another person's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
• Designed to impersonate another person or organization without consent;
• Intended to deceive, defraud, or spread disinformation.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. We reserve the right to remove content we believe violates these Terms.

All content generated through FACELEZ is produced by artificial intelligence. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, artifacts, or unintended outputs. You should review all generated content before publishing it commercially. We are not responsible for the consequences of publishing unreviewed AI-generated content.

FACELEZ is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the service at all times. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access until then.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or engage in activity that harms the platform or other users.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Uganda, without regard to conflict of law principles.
