• Subscription & usage data: your plan, token balance, video credits, and generation history.
• Generated content: the scripts, images, narration, and video files you create, stored so you can access and manage them.

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain the FACELEZ service;
• Process subscription payments and manage billing;
• Respond to support requests and provide assistance;
• Improve and develop our features and service quality.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We share your information only as necessary to operate the service:

• Payment processors (Pesapal): to handle subscription and top-up transactions securely.
• AI generation providers: only the specific data needed to fulfill a generation request (for example, a text prompt or image). We do not share your full account data with these providers.
• Legal compliance: where required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and safety.

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the support email below.

We retain your account and generated content for as long as your account is active. When you request account deletion, we remove your personal data and generated content within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law.

We use only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser, but this may affect your ability to log in and use the platform.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted transmission and restricted internal access. However, no system is completely secure. If you believe a security incident has occurred, please report it to our support email immediately.

FACELEZ is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. Users aged 13–17 may use the platform only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
